It's just after 0200AM in Brussels, and EU's Tusk / Junker and PM May are speaking in a Live Presser following the EU agreeing to an extension of Article 50 until 31st Oct - A Haloween Brexit (a flexible Brexit date to offer the potential for Withdrawl Agreement to pass).

Tusk:

• The course of action UK's hands.
• UK will have the ability to cancel Article 50 altogether.
• Message to British friends - as flexible as I expected and shorter than I expected
• Its enough to find best possible solution.
• Please don't waste this time.

Junker: 

• Should be cooperation between all emeber states.
• Dont want withdrawl called into question.
• Must respect European law.
