Analysts at Nomura offered their model projections for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 12 pips lower than the previous fix (6.6235 from 6.6247) and 104 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6339. The basket implied change is 127 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6212 from 6.6339)."
